On January 28, according to Hong Kong Stock Exchange disclosures, Tianjin AtomRobot Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "AtomRobot") officially submitted a listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, seeking to list on the Main Board via the Chapter 18C Specialist Technology Company pathway under the exchange's listing rules.
Autonomous and Controllable: China's #1 in Parallel Robots
Founded in 2013, AtomRobot specializes in the R&D, production, sales, and service of high-speed, high-reliability robots. Its product matrix encompasses four major series: parallel robots, high-speed SCARA robots, heavy-duty collaborative robots, and embodied intelligence robots. Core application scenarios cover high-speed sorting, precision assembly, and precise material handling, with downstream customers spanning multiple industries including food and beverage, daily chemicals, pharmaceuticals, new energy, 3C electronics, and automotive.
According to Frost & Sullivan data, AtomRobot has established a clear leadership position in the parallel robot sector, ranking #1 in domestic autonomous brand market share for five consecutive years since 2020. Starting in 2023, the company surpassed foreign brands, claiming the top spot in overall domestic market share (all brands) for two consecutive years. Based on 2024 shipment volumes, the company holds #1 position in China's parallel robot market with a 12.3% share and #2 globally with 4.8%. In the high-speed robotics sector, it ranks #2 domestically (7.6%) and #5 globally (3.0%). In segment-specific applications, AtomRobot's parallel robots hold #1 market share in China's food and beverage, daily chemicals, and pharmaceutical industries, while also being the largest parallel robot supplier in China's new energy sector.
Currently, AtomRobot has built a full-chain self-developed system centered on "autonomous control and native innovation," covering everything from design theory and underlying algorithms to core components and complete machine integration, with 100% autonomous control of key technologies. The company's proprietary "Scale-Structure-Drive-Precision" fully integrated design theory enables a forward design path from customer requirements to product deployment. The algorithm-hardware fusion system built on the AtomMotion real-time control platform and high-power controller reduces hardware volume by 80% and power consumption by 20% compared to traditional solutions. The application of high-speed, high-precision motion control algorithms and full-stack AI vision recognition algorithms enables products to achieve micron-level repeat positioning accuracy with a pick success rate exceeding 99.9%. The self-developed high-power-density motors provide reliable power support for the robots' high-speed precision motion.
In terms of product matrix, AtomRobot has launched over 40 specifications across five series of parallel robots, 28 specifications across two series of high-speed SCARA robots, 10 specifications across four series of heavy-duty collaborative robots, and two generations of embodied intelligence robots. The core product line of parallel robots achieves full spectrum coverage of 2-6 degrees of freedom, with a maximum payload of 50kg, maximum workspace diameter of 2800mm, and actual operating cycle rates of 80-130 picks per minute—core metrics that far exceed industry standards. The embodied intelligence robots newly expanded in 2025 adopt a Stewart parallel waist structure, achieving both high payload capacity and high dexterity, marking the company's leap from specialized industrial robots into the intelligent robotics domain.
