Recently, Shanghai Kepler Exploration Robotics Co., Ltd. announced the successful introduction of Hangzhou Kelin Electric Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 688611), an A-share listed company, as a strategic investor. This funding round reached a nine-figure yuan amount (over RMB 100 million). At the core of this collaboration is deep synergy across technology, industry, and capital. Both parties will establish a long-term, stable, and multi-dimensional cooperation mechanism around supply chain collaboration, business scenario deployment, and capital cooperation, jointly advancing the large-scale application of embodied intelligence technology in industrial-grade scenarios.

As a leading A-share listed company in China's electrical equipment condition monitoring and intelligent technology sector, Hangzhou Kelin Electric possesses deep technical expertise and an extensive customer base in the power and energy as well as industrial sectors. This strategic investment marks the deep capital-level binding between both parties, while also laying a solid foundation for subsequent industrial collaboration, technology co-development, and market expansion.

On the technical front, Kepler has built a complete embodied intelligence technology system covering both "intelligent brain" and "industrial-grade hardware," forming integrated software-hardware capabilities spanning from cognitive decision-making to physical execution, providing systematic support for the stable operation of humanoid and specialized robots in high-intensity industrial scenarios.

At the "intelligent brain" level, Kepler has built an embodied intelligence architecture for industrial scenarios centered on its self-developed hierarchical VLA+ model. On the hardware front, Kepler has undertaken systematic design for high-intensity industrial and specialized operation scenarios, solidifying the physical foundation for embodied intelligence deployment. It supports "1-hour charge, 8-hour operation" long-endurance performance, meeting long-cycle operational demands under complex working conditions. The core actuation system employs self-developed planetary roller screw actuators, achieving significant breakthroughs in key metrics including high payload, low backlash, long lifespan, and control precision, providing foundational support for robots' stable execution in complex environments. Simultaneously, the actuation system is deeply coupled with the VLA+ intelligent architecture, enabling algorithmic capabilities to truly translate into precise, reliable, and sustainable physical actions.
