Recently, UniX AI announced the completion of a new equity financing round of nearly RMB 300 million (approximately $41 million). Investors in this round include CICC Huirong, Hongshan Capital, Guangzhou Industrial Investment, Xienuo Investment, with existing shareholders Wuzhong Financial Holdings and Yonghua Investment continuing with over-subscribed follow-on investments.
According to reports, the proceeds from this financing will primarily be used to deepen the company's full-stack self-developed software-hardware system, accelerate product iteration, and build a global distribution network, driving large-scale deployment of "full-stack robot intelligent agents" in real commercial scenarios.
UniX AI was founded in April 2024 and is headquartered in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province. The company is a full-stack embodied intelligence high-tech enterprise with a global technical vision. The company's core products primarily include full-size wheeled and bipedal general-purpose humanoid robots. The company also possesses multiple globally leading research and technological achievements, including the Unitouch vision-tactile large model. Additionally, robot core components have all been modularly self-developed, including robotic arms, joint modules, and chassis, achieving high-precision control and low-cost mass production.
Founder and CEO Yang Fengyu, born in 2000, is a PhD candidate in Computer Science at Yale University and one of the youngest leading entrepreneurs in the sector. He has achieved distinguished research in artificial intelligence and robotics. To date, he has published 15 papers on robot vision-tactile perception, accepted by multiple top AI and computer science conferences. He built the world's first tactile large model, UniTouch, applicable to vision-based tactile sensors connected to multiple modalities including vision, language, and sound.
Chief Scientist Wang Hesheng serves as a Professor in the Department of Automation at Shanghai Jiao Tong University and is an editorial board member of TRO. From 2010-2015, he served as Associate Editor of the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society Conference Editorial Board. He has served as Program Chair for IEEE ROBIO 2014 and is currently an IEEE Senior Member. His main research areas include visual servoing, robot control, computer vision, and adaptive control.
UniX AI's core competitive advantage stems from the industry's unique "algorithm × mass-producible hardware × scenario-driven" three-in-one technical architecture. This architecture fundamentally solves the industry's widespread pain point of "laboratory stunts that can't land in scenarios," achieving the transformation of robots from "scientific experimental products" to "commercially practical agents."
Leveraging this advantage, the company has continuously achieved monthly deliveries exceeding 100 units since late 2025, becoming one of the few embodied intelligence enterprises globally to continuously cross the "three-digit monthly delivery" threshold for humanoid robots.
Currently, UniX AI's Wanda 2.0 wheeled dual-arm humanoid robot has achieved normalized operations in scenarios including security, hotels, and retail dining. The next-generation, more efficient and versatile wheeled dual-arm humanoid robot Panther has also been launched with major fanfare and global delivery has commenced.

Leveraging solid delivery data and a rapidly iterating product matrix, UniX AI is accelerating the construction of a positive "data-product-market" flywheel. With hundred-million-yuan scale orders in hand, UniX AI is advancing at full speed toward monthly deliveries of thousands of units with industry-leading full-stack capabilities.
